CONTRAST

An exhibition of photographs titled 'Contrast' is presented by food photographer Naoto Ishimaru who interprets Union's products in a different way. He has been using our need for food, a fundamental human desire, as a metaphor for Union's pursuit of beauty.
The exhibition attempts to discover a new kind of beauty that transcends fixed genres.
On the first exhibition day, there is a reception party themed as 'Beef and Wine'. With leather materials being an essential part of UNION's products, Ishimaru contrasts cowhide leather with vegan leather made from grapes.
